This morning we have a company fitting new ashes vaults in the cemetery. This will give us the facility to accept new burials of cremated remains within Coedpoeth Cemetery again.
The ashes vaults provide an overground burial and the first set are being placed next to the central path which runs between the top and lower paths. The ashes vaults are a permanent feature, although it will be possible to lease them for a shorter time, to allow families to make a decision about the ashes of their loved ones, with the option to purchase a permanent lease at a later date.
