Our Community Agent, Tracey Gray, is available to help individuals, and community groups who support individuals, over the age of 50 yrs, to reduce levels of loneliness and isolation. She can offer advice, help you make contact with services, and look at different ways in which you can get out and about more, to meet new friends or to make contact with the groups and organisations who offer activities that interest you. Tracey is able to set up and/or support community groups to increase the number of opportunities which allow the residents of Coedpoeth to enjoy their life more, to make them feel part of their community and to increase their health and well-being.
Tracey is able to support in many different ways, and if she can’t, she will try to help you find someone who can!

Anyone over the age of 50yrs, or who cares for someone over 50 yrs, can contact Tracey for support.
Tracey also operates the Community Cupboard where anyone can access once a week for free food, toiletries, pet food and baby milk (when available)
